Professional Fertility Acupuncture Intake and Treatment at Belly Bliss, LLC. This appointment is for new fertility acupuncture patients to our clinic. If you have not seen us for fertility acupuncture before, or if you are anticipating a new pregnancy since your last visit, book this appointment type. We have free parking available in the lower level garage in our building. There is also metered parking throughout the shopping district. The clinic is located on the second floor, suite 230. You can access the elevator through the garage or the stairs at the front of the building. Restrooms are available directly across from the elevator. For this appointment all paperwork MUST be completed 48 hours prior to your appointment start time or your appointment will be rescheduled. Please send all lab work and or ultrasound results a minimum of 48 hours beforehand as well.
