What is 6Ponds?
6Ponds is a wellness marketplace where you can find local beauty, spa, salon, and body-care services and book appointments online.
How do I create an account?
Click Register and follow the steps. You can browse many services without an account, but booking and saved favorites require sign-in.
How do I book a service?
Search for a service, open the listing, choose an available time on the calendar, and complete the reservation flow.
How do I pay?
Where a provider has online payments enabled, you can pay by credit or debit card at checkout after booking. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Some businesses may still collect payment in person — that depends on each provider’s setup.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, when the business allows it. Check the provider’s policy and manage your booking from your account.

How does 6Ponds help my business?
You get a searchable business profile, service listings, customer messages, reviews, and optional online booking.
How do I list my business?
Create an account, complete your business profile, and add your services with pricing and availability.
How do I manage bookings?
Use your provider dashboard to view requests, confirm appointments, and update your calendar.
How do I get paid?
Connect Stripe from your provider dashboard. After you finish Stripe onboarding, online booking payments from 6Ponds are deposited to your connected bank account. A 2% platform fee (minimum $0.50) applies on online checkout transactions paid through 6Ponds.
What is the 2% platform fee?
That is 6Ponds’ fee for facilitating an online booking payment. It is separate from Stripe’s card processing fees. Listing your business on 6Ponds remains free.
Do I need Stripe Connect?
Yes, if you want to accept card payments for online bookings on 6Ponds. Use the Connect Stripe button in your dashboard — onboarding takes a few minutes.
How do I attract more clients?
Keep your profile complete, use clear photos, enable booking, respond quickly to messages, and ask happy clients for reviews. Featured and promotion options are available on our Pricing page.
