For businesses and providers

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 and authorized to represent the business you list.
• Accurate services: Service descriptions, pricing, photos, and availability must be truthful and kept current.
• Bookings and payments: You are responsible for honoring confirmed appointments and complying with applicable payment, tax, and licensing laws.
• Prohibited conduct: Misleading claims, impersonation, spam, harassment, or fraudulent activity are not allowed.
• Fees: Paid plans, promotions, and marketplace fees are described on our Pricing page and may change with notice.
• Indemnification: You agree to hold 6Ponds harmless from claims arising from your services, or conduct on the platform.
