Thank you for using 6Ponds. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and booking platform. By using 6Ponds, you agree to these terms.

For all users

Acceptance: If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
Lawful use: Use 6Ponds only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm other users or the service.
User content: You are responsible for information you submit, including messages, reviews, and profile content. You grant 6Ponds a license to display and distribute that content as needed to operate the platform.
Intellectual property: 6Ponds content, branding, and software are protected. Do not copy or redistribute platform materials without permission.
Privacy: Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
Disclaimer: The platform is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of liability: 6Ponds is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, except where prohibited by law.
Termination: We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
Changes: We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

For businesses and providers

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 and authorized to represent the business you list.
Accurate listings: Service descriptions, pricing, photos, and availability must be truthful and kept current.
Bookings and payments: You are responsible for honoring confirmed appointments and complying with applicable payment, tax, and licensing laws. Online payments may be processed by Stripe on behalf of 6Ponds and routed to your connected account when Stripe Connect is enabled.
Prohibited conduct: Misleading claims, impersonation, spam, harassment, or fraudulent activity are not allowed.
Fees: Paid plans, promotions, and online checkout fees are described on our Pricing page. Online bookings paid through 6Ponds currently include a 2% platform fee (minimum $0.50 per transaction), subject to change with notice.
Indemnification: You agree to hold 6Ponds harmless from claims arising from your listings, services, or conduct on the platform.
