Avoid exfoliating (physical or chemical) your face for one week prior to microneedling Come to your session having eaten within 4 hours of the appointment Please refrain from having caffeine, or alcohol, before the treatment If possible, avoid taking aspirin within 12 hours of treatment Please provide any necessary, or relevant, lab results If you have had any cosmetic procedures, including but not limited to, microdermabrasion, Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, cosmetic surgery, or chemical peels consult the practitioner that performed the procedure to ensure you are medically cleared.
