Pelvic Floor Therapy (60 90 min) A gentle, trauma-aware approach to pelvic floor care that may include external and/or internal bodywork based entirely on your comfort and consent. Sessions support awareness, tension release, postpartum recovery, scar tissue healing, bladder concerns, pelvic discomfort, and nervous system regulation. Includes a required 30-minute consult call prior to your first session. **Insurance billing is not currently available.** Sliding Scale for the month of June of $45-$95 We will contact you to book a 30 minute consult call prior to your first appointment If you have not done so yet.
