Techniques may include myofascial release, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular techniques, and deep tissue work. Each session is customized based on clinical need and may support conditions such as low back pain, tension headaches, postural strain, or prenatal musculoskeletal discomfort. This service may be billed under CPT code 97124 or 97140 when deemed medically necessary and prescribed as part of a treatment plan. **Know your benefits* Plans are very specific when it comes to receiving massage.** Patients are responsible to know and understand your individual insurance plans. Your insurance plan is a contract between you and your insurance company; It is your responsibility to know your coverage. You are required to provide correct and updated information regarding your insurance. We cannot guarantee your insurance benefits or the information your insurance company provides. You are responsible for the payment of co-pays, coinsurance, deductibles and all other procedures or treatment not covered by your insurance plan.
