Professional New Patient Initial Assessment Using OHP Care Oregon at Luna Wellness Spa. This appointment is only for new patients seeking Acupuncture services using Oregon Health Plan CARE OREGON. This is a 30-minute in-person or video call with no treatment. This session is meant to run an evaluation and submit an authorization request with Care Oregon in order to begin treatment. Once requested, it may take 14 business days to recieve authorization for treatment. Once we recieve acceptacne by your insurance, we will contact you to book the first treatment session. Please complete the intake Forms with Care Oregon information at least 24 hours before the appointment time. Insurance information should be in at least 48 business hours.
