Professional New Patient Acupuncture at Calm Spirit Acupuncture & Wellness. If You have never been to our office before, THIS is the appointment that you must book prior to any other acupuncture offerings. Thank you for scheduling your New Patient Acupuncture appointment. After booking, all required forms will be sent to you via email. Please complete these forms prior to your appointment. If you are unable to do so in advance, they may be completed in person please arrive 10 15 minutes early to allow sufficient time. We kindly ask that you review our 24-hour cancellation policy.
