Professional Prenatal Chiro Follow Up at Washington Park Chiropractic. A chiropractic follow up visit is only for patients who have already been seen for an initial appointment. If this is booked online and an intake appointment has not been completed, you will need to fill our all required paperwork and the appointment will be changed. If you have not been seen at our office in over 6 months, please schedule a REX (Re-exam). Thank you for booking your chiro follow up appointment. *Please only book this appointment if you are an existing chiropractic patient and have been seen in our office in the last 6 months.
