Professional Floatation Therapy and Sauna at Integrative Acupuncture Vermont. Schedule 60 minutes in our floatation therapy and sauna suite. Design your hour combining floating and sauna use, or use the whole time to float or whole time to sauna. If using both services, we request clients use sauna prior to float, as floating will leave you salty, and we try to avoid bringing salt into the sauna. Packages are available for discounted floats. You may apply your first float to a package after your treatment time. Enjoy! Your float is scheduled for 60 minutes, this is inclusive of sauna time. This does not include time to shower both before an after floating. Most clients are in the room for a total of 75 minutes. [First Time Floater?
