After I gave birth to my first child, my world was turned upside down. I didn’t know where I belonged anymore, and I was struggling to embrace new motherhood. My midwife assured me that as long as I didn’t want to harm myself or my child, I didn’t have postpartum depression – that the uncertainty and hopelessness I was experiencing would pass soon.
It wasn’t passing, and little by little every day I became more and more depressed. After sharing with someone how I had been feeling, they recommended I try acupuncture.
The day I did changed my life forever. After just one month of consistent treatment, I felt my spirit come alive and that the veil had been lifted. Six months later I began my education in acupuncture.
Today, with a board certified Masters in Acupuncture, my passion is to treat every patient as if I were them. Gentle and caring is my number one priority and my approach is profoundly personalized. There is no “one size fits all” in acupuncture.
Working together we will come up with the best treatment plan to tackle any issue. My mission is to share with every single person I can the gift that I have been given.
